Revo eSIM (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital eSIM services. Due to the nature of eSIMs as digital, non-tangible products, the following policy applies to all purchases. By purchasing an eSIM, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Non-Refundable Products
- All eSIM plans, data packages, and digital activations are non-refundable once purchased or delivered.
- Once a QR code or activation link is sent, the transaction is considered final.
- This applies regardless of whether the eSIM is activated immediately or later.
2. Exceptions (Limited Refunds)
Refunds may be considered only in these cases:
- Technical Activation Failure: The eSIM cannot be activated due to an error on our side or from the network partner.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: The customer receives the wrong region, plan, or data package.
Requests for exceptions must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
3. Refund Conditions
To request a refund or credit:

- Include proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue.

4. No Refund for Device Compatibility Issues
- Customers are responsible for verifying that their device is compatible with eSIM technology before purchase.
- Revo eSIM is not liable for devices that cannot support eSIM.
