At Revo eSIM, we sell digital products (eSIMs). Due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is subject to specific conditions explained below.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Digital Products (eSIM)

Refunds are available only if the eSIM has NOT been installed, activated, or used.

Once an eSIM has been:

  • Installed
  • Activated
  • Scanned via QR code
  • Used on a device

👉 the product becomes non-refundable.

This is because digital eSIMs cannot be reused or resold once activated.


3. Defective or Non-Working eSIMs

If your eSIM:

  • Cannot be activated
  • Is technically defective
  • Does not work due to a system error on our side

You may be eligible for:

  • A replacement eSIM, or
  • A refund, after verification by our technical team.

Proof may be required, including screenshots or device information.


4. Refund Request Period

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the eSIM has not been activated or used.


5. How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for the refund request

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

As this is a digital product, no physical return is required and no return shipping costs apply.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products.
